2025 1st quarter homes sold on Lake Hartwell is GA and SC were slightly down from the 4th quarter of 2024 while days on market shorten and sold prices slightly declined.

Hart, Frankin and Stephens GA counties all border Lake Hartwell. The median sales price was 917K

Pickens, Oconee and Anderson SC counties all border Lake Hartwell. The median sales price in these counties was 745K.

Inventory has slightly ticked up with GA lake homes and on the market for 37 while SC waterfront was 57.

Homeownership builds wealth. Sales for 2024 were down nationally but remained steady in metro Atlanta, SC Upstate and Charleston South Carolina.

According to the National Association of REALTORS 2023 study, the average home featured 3 bedrooms and was 1950 sq. feet.
